Just cut the opening in the drywall and use construction adhesive on the back side of the frame and push it in the wall. Measures 10" x 8.5" x 3.75"d. Holder measures 7"h x 5.5"w inside. Your Rough opening needs to be 8 5/8"h x 7 1/8"w x 4"d, so it will NOT work to replace most chrome metal units unless your opening can be easily enlarged. Unfinished SOLID pine.
