Instructions for Using the Table Tennis Racket Press

1. 1Prepare the Racket
2. First, apply glue evenly to the racket. Align the rubber sheet with the racket surface and smooth it gently (try to remove air bubbles). Place the racket in the corresponding area of the press’s yellow base plate (slot the racket handle into the notch on the base plate).
3. 2、Cover with the Press Plate
4. Place the transparent press plate over the rubber sheet, ensuring it fully covers the racket surface area.
5. 3、Tighten the Screws to Press  
6. Rotate the screws at the four corners one by one, tightening them gradually (do not fully tighten one screw at a time; adjust them alternately). This ensures the press plate fits the rubber sheet evenly, with moderate pressure (avoid over-squeezing the rubber sheet to prevent deformation).
7. 4、Let It Set for Bonding
8. Keep the racket pressed and let it sit for 4–8 hours (adjust based on the glue type; it’s recommended to wait until the glue is completely dry) to allow the rubber sheet and racket surface to bond fully.
9. 5、Remove the Racket
10. Rotate the screws in the reverse direction to loosen the press plate. Gently take out the racket and check the bonding condition of the rubber sheet (it’s ready if there are no lifted edges or air bubbles).
