Bow Cutter Instruction Manual
I. Usage Instructions
-
Testing:
Without attaching rubber to the blade, follow Steps 3-4, then flip the blade.
Check if the curvature of the bow cutter matches the blade (ensure no excessive gap between the rubber and cutter).
If a noticeable gap exists, increase rotation force until the curves align, then proceed to Step 6 to remove the bow cutter.
-
Attaching Rubber:
Apply glue to one side of the blade and rubber (or test rubber).
Smoothly attach the rubber.
-
Installing the Cutter:
Hook the bow cutter’s strings around the racket handle, ensuring the rotary buckle faces upward.
Secure the cutter onto the blade’s outer edge and fasten the rotary buckle (positioned at the handle-blade junction).
-
Tightening the Strings:
Press and turn the knob clockwise to tighten the strings while adjusting the cutter for symmetry.
Apply the same force used during testing to align the cutter’s curve with the blade.
-
Cutting the Rubber:
Flip the racket with the rubber facing up.
Use a rolling pin to press and cut along the blade’s edge from right to left (tilt outward—do not press inward).
For left-handed users, cut from left to right.
-
Removing the Bow Cutter:
After cutting, flip the blade, pull up the rotary knob, and separate the cutter by pulling both sides outward.
Detach the rotary buckle and remove the cutter.
Repeat steps to cut the other side.
II. Safety Precautions
Always wear cut-resistant gloves during operation to prevent injuries.
After use, store the bow cutter out of children’s reach.
