Everyone should be so lucky to have a butcher as a friend. They work long, physically demanding hours, and have a understanding and appreciation of animals that most of us will never know. We are two lifelong friends and humble cooks. We approach each event with an open mind and creative nature to ensure each customer or client gets an experience along with delicious food. We have a variety of culinary traits and access to so many fantastic vendors as well as farmers in our Placer County region that help us create seasonal fare. We hope whether youre following the food truck or planning a special event with us, we strive to create what our hearts push us to do, create memories through food.
